In weekly meetings, you and Dr. Ruiz-Perez review your progress, discuss questions, and consider adjustments to your individualized care. Chat and text access help you stay in communication between visits.
Specific testing, equipment, communication arrangements, and suitability are reviewed with you before enrollment.

Virtual care is subject to eligibility and applicable state requirements. Dr. Ruiz-Perez reports medical licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia. Your physical location and eligibility will be confirmed before care is scheduled. Outcomes vary; enrollment does not guarantee a particular result.
